Ginsu Quikut Fruit & Vegetable Knife Review

Ginsu Quikut Fruit & Vegetable Knife Review

The Ginsu Quikut Fruit & Vegetable Knife is the ideal specialty knife for cutting fresh fruits and vegetables. Its upturned blade allows you to core and peel produce with ease. The blade is constructed out of high-quality surgical stainless steel for maximum durability and sharpness.  This light-as-air knife is surprisingly powerful thanks to the small serrated edges in the blade which so you cut through thicker fruits and vegetables easily.

It’s quite amazing how much easier this curved blade makes for cutting fruit. It was ideal for removing bruises and blemishes from fruit and I couldn’t believe that this light little knife was sturdy enough to cut through an apple. The blade is the perfect size for preparing fruit; it felt much safer than the bulkier, larger knives I tend to use.

This knife has quickly become a staple in my cutlery collection – I love how easy it makes preparing my fruits each day for my morning breakfast. I think I am able to enjoy more of the fruit thanks to the precision of the thin blade. I would most definitely recommend this for anyone who eats fruits and vegetables on a regular basis.
