YUM that bonus recipe looks delicious. That one might be my fave.

Tonight we had healthy Nachos Grande! I lined a microwaveable plate with tortilla chips, low fat grated cheddar cheese and black beans, seasoned with pepper and chili powder. I microwaved each plate for about 40 seconds and served topped with salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, diced avocado, chipped green onion and fat free yogurt. Delicious!

I never thought about putting shrimp in a pasta before. It would be a good substitute for meat.

So nice to see a collection of easy recipes like this. They look really yummy, too. Thanks!

Yes! I need some beginner-level recipes!

I love eating chili all year-round the Heart Healthy Chicken Chili with Summer Squash sounds delicious! Plus, adding squash to chili in the summertime is a great way to make use of the seasonal veggie, and then, leftover chili freezes well, too!

I can't wait to try that balsamic chicken! One of my favorite ingredients to use

Some of these recipes look so good it's hard to believe they're good FOR you too!

Impressive AND simple. How great!

I love how many options there are that are still healthy!

I will be passing each of these along to my roommates - so simple, cheap, and easy!

Recipes for beginners are always good to have even for advanced cooks.

These are great for a beginner cook like me. Very simple to make. Thanks!
