I agree. This is perfect for Sunday brunch. This is also great for people who experience lactose intolerance because it used goat milk for the cheese. I like to do this soon!!

I love making breakfast dishes like this for dinner on busy weeknights since they come together so quickly and don't require a lot of pots and pans! This flavor combination looks especially delicious and savory. If you don't care for goat cheese, you could use feta, ricotta, brie, or any cheese that you like!
