Yum! I'm not usually a big fan of quiche either, but I love scrambled eggs with bacon and avocado... so I'm sure I'd like this recipe.

I really don't care for quiche, but I have to admit, I've only tried it once, so maybe I should give it a second chance. The avocado and bacon in this version may make me a convert!

I love quiches and egg dishes, and this for combo looks delicious. I frequently make BLTs with sliced avocado and they are a big hit. Just curious, but does the dish discolor quickly? Would it be safe to serve buffet style, sliced or served immediately? Thinking about bringing to a party as I was asked to bring a dish, but worried about the avocados turning. Did you soak them in lemon water first?#BestIdeaEver

Hi there! It doesn't look like the blogger soaked the avocados in lemon water first. It would probably be best to serve this dish immediately. That being said, you could probably still bring it to the party. I'm sure people will love it!
