"These oat flour scones are naturally gluten-free and oil-free for a healthy, subtly-sweet, baked breakfast treat! There are two options for making these scones oil-free: coconut butter or chilled banana. The coconut butter brings a delicious richness and moisture but none of the oil-y feel of coconut oil. The banana option is fat-free and still makes for a deliciously moist scone, but you better eat the while they are fresh from the oven as they dry out much faster.
