I love mushrooms. Raw. cooked, stuffed anyway you make them. I especially like them with steak, and these Roasted Garlic Butter Mushrooms are the perfect accompaniment to your favorite steak. I have always sauteed them in butter to have with steak, but they never really had that buttery taste. This recipe having them roasted first and then tossed in the butter, delivers that great garlic. butter taste, that pairs perfectly with steak.

I love the earthy flavor of mushrooms as a main course sometimes as well, as I am trying to cut some of the meat out of my diet. These look very flavorful and satisfying - I plan to make these instead of my standard Portobello burger, and maybe toss them with some pasta for a complete meal!
