Makes4 servings

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen spinach
  • 6 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Thaw your spinach out by either leaving it on the counter or popping it into the microwave.

  2. Spray down a pot with extra virgin olive oil and heat. Throw in your spinach and heat until your spinach is warmed through and there is no more excess water left in the pot. Another way to remove the water is to wring the spinach out first in a clean dishtowel.

  3. Now you can mix in your minced garlic and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. Grate some nutmeg in the pot and add your salt.

  4. Once the cream cheese is thoroughly mixed through your dish is done! Serve and enjoy!
