No Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies

No Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies
This image courtesy of ezgf.blogspot.com

For a no bake cookies recipe that no one can resist, make a batch of these No Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies. Not only are these gluten free cookies, but they also call for only five ingredients! When you need to take food allergies into consideration, this is one recipe that can please all palettes. This may be the greatest no bake cookie recipe of all time.

Notes

If you need to follow a gluten free diet, be sure that the oats you use for this recipe are certified gluten free.

For a fancier cookie presentation, instead of depressing the cookies with a fork you can roll the cookie dough into balls then into chopped hazelnuts. Small paper liners will really dress them up.

I love recipes that are quick and easy to make and best of all do not need baking! This one needs only five ingredients and about 10 minutes to make. However, instead of rolling the cookie dough balls in chopped hazelnuts, I like the taste of chocolate and coconut - so I am going to use sweetened desiccated coconut instead.

These are great and i used splenda instead of sugar!

These are quick to make and delicious. I used splenda instead of sugar!

wow that was yummy made for my sises bday party and wat a big hit one thing MORE NUTELLA

woow nice

Hope this will work with Quick-cooking oatmeal (instead of rolled oats); I don't see why it shouldn't. Going to try it soon.

I wanted to find a recipe that I had all the ingredients for without going shopping, so these were perfect. I was running low on Nutella, so I decided to do 1/4 cup of Nutella and 1/4 cup of Peanut Butter. They turned out amazing :D

Great cookies, but one thing missing on mostly all of your recipes is the values of the fats, calories, carbs, sugars, etc It is very important to many people

These cookies are absolutely delicious! I made them for my friends last weekend (with crushed almonds) and they were a smash hit! We all agreed that there's something devilish about them - we couldn't stop eating them! Thanks for such an easy treat. I will definitely be making these again.
