I loved eating the Four-Seed Crunch as a small breakfast to get my day going. Each pack comes with four of the delicious snacks. The combination of flavor and texture from each of the seeds is just right. Because they are filled with protein and fiber, eating a bar in the morning gave me energy to get through the first half of the day.
The line of Mega-Flavor Dry Roasted Seeds is just as satisfying when you need a sweet or savory bite. There are eight incredibly unique flavors: four savory and four sweet. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed these roasted seeds. I am not generally a nut or seed enthusiast, but I am quickly becoming one.
My favorite was the savory, Smoky Seeds. They had just the right amount of smoky flavoring to be delicious and not overpowering. I could honestly snack on them all day. A surprise hit was the Spinach Artichoke which incorporated some of the tastiest flavors from the classic dip. I really like that there are a variety of types of seed included in the packets. Each kind of seed adds to the overall flavor and texture of the snack. The sweet seeds are the perfect dessert that won't break your diet.
