Nasoya Tofu and "Nayonaise" Review

Nasoya Tofu and "Nayonaise" Review

Reviewed by , Editor,

Eating healthy can be easy and delicious thanks to products like those made by Nasoya. They make vegan alternatives to meat, mayonnaise, and pasta that the whole family can enjoy. In addition to standard tofu, they make a variety of flavored items that are especially crave-worthy.

Tofu is a great source of protein and it makes for a delicious meal. I love the variety of different tofu products Nasoya makes. You can choose from a variety of different firmness levels depending on what you enjoy most.

The line of tofubaked, marinated and baked tofu, is a great way to enjoy tofu with minimal work on your end. They make Chipotle, Sesame, and Teriyaki flavors that pair well with different sandwiches, salads, and more. I love bringing it to work and adding some tofu to each lunch. It is also perfect for making simple and healthy kid's lunches.

Mayonnaise is a food we often think of as fatty and unhealthy, but Nasoya is also changing that notion! Their egg-free, dairy-free version of mayo called Nayonaise is a wonderful alternative to America's favorite condiment. I was shocked by how much it tasted like regular mayo.

With products like these from Nasoya, eating healthy and vegan is not just simple, but also delicious. These are products the whole family will enjoy!
