Paleo Grill Roasted Broccoli Recipe with Cedar Plank Salmon

Paleo Grill Roasted Broccoli Recipe with Cedar Plank Salmon

"Broccoli can be amazingly delicious but you’ve got to cook it right. One of our favorite ways of creating flavorful, crunchy, still-green broccoli is roasting. We love broccolini tossed in spice and balsmic vinegar and roasted in the oven. Grill roasted broccoli can be made in the oven but when it’s warm outside, no one wants to crank up the oven. We created a meal based around this broccoli recipe, pairing it with a lemon dill cedar plank salmon. One fire and you can grill both of these recipes at the same time."

  1. Cut the broccoli into large florets and wash well. Drain.

  2. Toss with spices, oil, and aminos in a mixing bowl.

  3. Line a hot grill with foil to prevent the broccoli from slipping through the rungs of the grill.

  4. Spread the broccoli evenly onto the foil. Close the lid of the grill and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove the broccoli and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
