Healthy substitute for commercially made potato chips! I am definitely trying this.

I have a lot of zucchini in my garden can,t wait to try some thing new,

I still have yet to try zucchini crisps, but they sound delicious! I can't wait to give this recipe a try.

Anything made with zucchini is something I'm sure to love! And I'm sure I can trick my brothers into actually liking vegetables if they looked like this. hehe

I've prepared these in the the oven at 450 F degrees for about 25-30 minutes. I like to flavor them with garlic powder or chili powder. The rounds need to be paper thin, otherwise I find they will they come out a bit soggy. I add a bit of pepper and parmesan cheese near the end of baking time.
