I'm not quite sure why this recipe is featured on a healthy cooking website. After all, it calls for a pound of pork sausage and a whopping four and a half cups of cheese. It seems maybe it could be lightened up a little bit by substituting reduced fat skim milk cheese and maybe ground chicken or turkey.
