"Dilly beans are green beans pickled in a vinegar-based liquid seasoned with garlic and dill. They retain their crispy texture throughout the canning process. Dilly beans will even be crunchy months after being canned. After being inspired by how easy it is to pickle vegetables, I decided that I would make some dill pickled green beans with our garden's bountiful harvest. All the ingredients for this recipe are readily available in my kitchen and they will satisfy all cravings. There are two variations of these Dilly Beans - Just Slightly Spicy or not spicy at all. "
