I've actually made cauliflower pizza before and I was so surprised by how filling it is! The "dough" is a little wetter than normal pizza dough, but other than that it tastes great!

I have been dying to try a cauliflower pizza crust! This recipe looks like the perfect one to start with. I love the seasonal veggies on top. I'm not vegetarian, so I plan on adding some chicken sausage to the top for an extra boost of protein.

Cauliflower is my new favorite thing. It's cheap, and you can do so many things with it. I'm going to try this pizza out sometime this weekend
