Ingredients

  • 1 6 fluid ounce-cup Thrive Milk Chocolate or Chocolate Fudge Frozen Nutrition
  • 6 fluid ounces 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein concentrate – vanilla or chocolate flavored

Instructions

  1. Combine Thrive and other ingredients in Blender

  2. Add ice

  3. Blend on High for 1 minute(or until smooth)

  4. Pour into chilled glass container

  5. Optional – Garnish with whipped cream (if desired)

  6. Eat, enjoy and thrive!!!!
