I might try using the vanilla flavored yogurt, since this would make it taste sort of like a pineapple sherbet. The natural sweetness of the pineapple is sure to make everybody happy! Since it is so healthy and packs a punch of antioxidants, I would even serve this to the kids as a quick summertime breakfast treat!

I eat yogurt ever day and I love pineapple. This is truly a healthy dessert and something I will be trying at my next family meal. I would even serve this with other fruit like strawberries on the side, and perhaps some grated coconut, chocolate and nuts. #BestIdeaEver.
