The Vacu Vin Citrus Grater and Zester is another new 2-in-1 tool that is making life in the kitchen easier, and zestier! The main tool is the citrus grater, and the zester is housed right in the center of the handle. This makes it convenient to use one or both of the tools without misplacing them.

The citrus grater makes it easy to grate plenty of your favorite fruit rinds to use in baking or cooking. I like using it when I make my favorite Lemon Ricotta Almond Cake. This recipe requires a whole zested lemon; using the citrus grater makes that simple to prepare. 

I use the smaller zester for making decoration and garnish. It creates beautiful ribbons that look like something that would be on the plate at a five-star restaurant. You can make three small ribbons at once or one larger ribbon depending on how you want to style a plate or dish.

After using this handy tool, you can put it right in the dishwasher. This useful gadget makes for a wonderful stocking stuffer or small gift for your favorite cook.
