When you want a quick, fun snack, a Munk Pack is a healthy option that comes in a travel-friendly pouch.  These blends of fruit and grain are full of fiber and high-quality ingredients. These are Oatmeal Fruit Squeeze packs that come in five flavors: Apple Quinoa Cinnamon, Maple Pear Quinoa, Peach Chia Vanilla, Blueberry Acai Flax, and Raspberry Coconut.

Sometimes I get bored of the same old snacks, especially snacks that aren’t really giving back what I’m putting in. Munk Packs delivered lots of energy, and the peace of mind that I’m putting something great into my body.

These little packs of goodness are vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. The pouch is even BPA-free. I think almost anyone can snack on them regardless of diet restrictions, which is great!

The flavors are very unique and fun. My favorite is probably Apple Quinoa Cinnamon, which is a twist on traditional oatmeal flavors. The Raspberry Coconut flavor has bits of actual coconut in it, and was tart but not too sour or too sweet. Blueberry Acai Flax was also a really interesting experience and admittedly, I was a little sad when I’d eaten it all.

You can eat Munk Packs at room temperature. The texture is pretty similar to applesauce or other oatmeal, but they’re ready to go and mess-free.

Since these come in pouches, they are really great for on-the-go snacking. Throw one in your purse or backpack in the morning for a healthy option. Eat one on the way to work when you’re in a hurry. Pack one for a long hike.

If you’re looking for a new snack, grab a Munk Pack for balanced nutrition and some fun.
