Steven Binks is an accomplished chef and successful entrepreneur in New York and Canada. His business ventures in banquet facilities, catering and restaurant management have earned him accolades within the food service industry. However, his passion is using his dynamic and colorful personality, which has won the hearts and minds of the general public through his television and radio shows, to inspire others to taste life.
Experience
A product of the American Culinary Federation, Steve completed his 5-year apprenticeship at the age of 23. Later, he honed his craft at a variety of fine restaurants, and private country clubs in the Buffalo/Niagara region. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to open and operate multiple restaurants, banquet facilities and catering operations in Western New York. Chef Binks also has consulted for various fortune 500 companies and government agencies including:

In addition to maintaining his membership in the ACF, Chef Binks has recently been inducted into the prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs – an international, gastronomic society founded in Paris in 1950 whose membership is by invitation. He also is the recipient of numerous restaurant and catering awards and accreditations.
