"Znoud El Sit" can be made at home, though you do have some steps to pace, but the end result is so worth it! Znoud el Sit are crispy on the outside and are filled with a thick clotted cream – fried to a golden brown crisp and dipped in sugar syrup infused with orange blossom water. When I first saw this recipe listed under the newest recipes, I thought the name sounded strange and I wasn't quite sure what this was. After seeing the photo and reading the description, I HAVE to try them! I love any sort of dessert with cream inside, and so does my son! Can you buy this orange blossom water, or do you make it yourself?
