This 3-Ingredient Fruit Cobbler is one of the easiest dessert recipes ever. Because this recipe uses cake mix, you won't have to create the cobbler from scratch. So, you can easily make this fruit cobbler even when you're short on time. Simply mix everything together, add a bit of fruit, then bake. It can't get much easier than that. You'll also love that you can choose which fruit to add to this cobbler. It's up to you if you'd like to make a peach cobbler, a blackberry cobbler, or a strawberry cobbler. Nothing could be easier or quicker– and it also allows you to exercise some creativity and put your own spin on the cobbler:   



Pair a combination of fresh apples and frozen cherries with orange soda as we did.  But, that's not your only option. You can also pair frozen peaches with lemon soda, or use fresh berries and a berry-flavored soda.  Another day, make this cobbler with a different flavor cake mix, such as lemon cake over blueberries. Ingredients

  • 24 ounces fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 (12-ounce) can of seltzer water, in a flavor that complements the fruit you choose

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. Arrange cut up fruit on the bottom of the baking pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix the dry cake mix with the seltzer water until the batter is smooth. Spread over the fruit evenly.

  4. Bake for about 1 hour, until cake tests done in the center. Serve while warm with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
