"Smoothies are great for drinking but even better in a bowl. That’s right, smoothie bowls have become the new smoothies! This smoothie bowl contains dragon fruit, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, and granola. It's perfect to eat during breakfast or as an after-workout snack. It should take you less than 15 minutes to create."

Very original and different! This recipe looks extremely healthy and delicious at the same time, packed with superfruits and antioxidants. Summer is the best time to enjoy fresh fruits as they are ripe and in season, and you'll find they taste better and cost a little less at the supermarket than in the winter time. (especially in the northern states) I plan to go to my local farmers market this weekend and make a similar recipe based on what ingredients I can find there. I think the addition of the granola adds good texture.
