Paleo Lemon-Raspberry Muffins

"We often skip breakfast more than any other meal, but it is truly important to start your day with energy. Most quick breakfast options don't set us up for success. They are loaded with sugar and refined carbohydrates that spike our insulin. This muffin is reformed version of those foods! With some healthier swaps, these are free from gluten, grains, dairy and refined sugar. Plus, the raspberries and lemon add a nutritional boost. These paleo muffins are perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack."
