Don't settle for fatty desserts, but also don't settle for tasteless nutritious foods. Instead, indulge on these dessert bars because they are delicious and they have some nutrition in them as well. And, to sweeten the deal, you don't even need to use the oven to make them! So there's no reason why you shouldn't be trying these for yourself.

- 1 1/2 cup oats, separated
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup low-fat peanut butter
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
