You would make a mess of your car if you tried to eat it on the way to work, unless you were eating it in the form of these Blueberry Crumb Bars. Made with oats and either fresh or frozen blueberries, this can be served in the form of breakfast or dessert. While these bars are sweet, they're not overpowering and can easily pass for a breakfast bar. You can also improvise and use other fruits as the filling. Some apple and cinnamon might be good for the fall!
