The Ultimate Sex Diet

What it is: No, you didn’t misread that – this is the Ultimate Sex Diet brought to you by author Kerry McCloskey. Though not a diet or nutriotion expert, McCloskey has done her research and proved that this plan does work. Increased sexual activity means more exercise which, when partnered with a healthy diet, means less pounds.

How it works: The diet that accompanies the Ultimate Sex Diet keeps it low-fat and high-fiber. Dieters should restrict bread and pasta but can enjoy almost everything else in moderation. McCloskey says you should “make love to your food as if it were your first time” while controlling portions. And then of course, there’s the “sexercising.”

What you do: McCloskey recommends sexual activity with your partner three to five times a week and once during the weekend. As for the diet, pick up the Ultimate Sex Diet book. It directs people to chose low or no-fat dairy products, whole grains, sugar-free, unique spices and fresh herbs. Seafood and vegetables are also choice. And don’t forget the aphrodisiacs like dark chocolate and wine – kill two birds with one stone!

Benefits: On top of weight loss and awaking your sex life with your partner, regular sexual activity has also been proven to promote a healthy immune system, a healthy heart, and less depression.

Downsides: McCloskey is not an expert in health, diet or exercise so she is not a doctor or dietician by any means and there are some food restrictions you must follow. Hey, it can’t be all fun!
