What a novel idea of making watermelon ice cream! From the picture, it just looks like strawberry ice cream in a cone. I would definitely add the banana to give it a smooth texture! However, wouldnt it be better to sieve the watermelon juice to remove pulp before adding the yogurt, lemon and honey?
