Making a decadent dish or breakfast is made possible with the Farberware Glide Copper Covered Egg Poacher. The pan heats water quickly, poaches eggs perfectly, and cleans up easily in the dishwasher. Intact poached eggs release without harm thanks to the ceramic nonstick surface and special Glide technology.

Many home cooks are nervous to make poached eggs at home because they are so delicate and difficult to pull off without the right tools, or in this case, the right pan. This pan makes it shockingly easy for even the worst cooks to make a perfectly poached egg, or four!

All of the eggs can be prepped in the removable tray while waiting for the water to boil in the pan. This eliminates the fear factor of dropping the egg in hot water. The water heats quickly, thanks to the aluminum build of the pan. Once you crack the amount you would like to make, the tray is placed over the water. Cook the eggs with the included glass lid on for five minutes, and voila, beautifully poached eggs. The eggs are easy to remove from the water thanks to the round trays. Thanks to a fantastic ceramic nonstick surface, minimal oil is needed for the eggs to slide right out of each tray and onto a salad, benedict, or other delicious creation.

Without the removable insert, the pan serves as a great little saute pan. I like that it is more versatile than the name implies. It is great for heating up a small amount of leftovers, making a sauce, and even cooking chicken. Clean up is simple after use with either hot water, or the dishwasher.
