Briefton's NextGen Spiralizer Review

Briefton's NextGen SpiralizerBriefton's NextGen Spiralizer Review

Reviewed by Arielle Matlin, Editor,

The Briefton's NextGen Spiralizer is a handheld tool that allows you to quickly and easily create vegetable noodles. The handy device has four interchangeable blades that create different size noodles. The vegetable noodles can be used to make stir-fry recipes, Italian recipes, and much more!

This is the first handheld spiralizer I have used that has interchangeable blades. I think that is an innovative touch for this spiralizer. The blades slip easily in and out to create different types of vegetable noodles. There are 3 julienne blades included: 3 mm, 5 mm, and 10 mm, plus a 70 mm, flat blade. I get a little nervous around sharp blades so I was happy to see this model has a finger guard.

Vegetables like carrots and zucchini glide right through the ultra-sharp, stainless steel blades. In just a minute or two, you can make beautiful strands of "pasta" to use in your favorite recipes. The vegetable pasta you create is a much healthier alternative to carb-loaded pasta.

One of my favorite recipes to make using the spiralizer is this Broccoli and Zucchini Noodle Casserole. It is quick and easy to make with special help from the NextGen Spiralizer. Healthy meals have never been so delicious and simple to make!
