What a wonderful way to showcase those juicy ripe summer peaches! Looking at the ingredients list, this recipe looks like it is straight from the Italian countryside! I love fruit based desserts, especially when the fruit is in peak season. Remember not to stick those ripe peaches in your refrigerator, as they will lose much of their sweetness and their texture becomes mealy and not as pleasant. Store them on the counter in a brown paper bag!
