I wish I would have known about this deli salad a long time ago - it is wonderful and full of bright flavors! Avocados have got to be one of my favorite things, since they are so buttery and rich, and they are one of the most nutritious things that you can eat. The apple is a very surprising ingredient, but it adds a nice sweetness and crunch to balance out the saltiness of the tuna.
