The classic summer potluck dish gets a makeover in this recipe. Roasted and steamed broccoli come together with unique textures for this Oven-Roasted Broccoli Salad. Tossed in a tangy dressing with the flavors of lemon, honey, and mustard this summer salad is easy to put together. Diced apples and raw almonds add a little bit of crunch, while dried cranberries add a touch of sweetness. While it is best served warm, this broccoli salad will still be delicious cold. I love to incorporate cruciferous vegetables into my diet whenever possible, but sometimes they can get boring. I love that the broccoli is cooked in this salad! It is so full of flavor, and I love the texture of the fruit and nuts. The dressing is great too. A great break from plain old steamed or sauted broccoli!
