Do you want to cook up some fun for your guests? Make Easy Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes and serve them with an array of tasty toppings. A baked potato bar is a great way to feed a lot of people. Make it a meal by serving hearty toppings like beans and ham alongside traditional toppings like cheese and sour cream. Be adventurous and try serving them with pesto or guacamole. It will be fun to see what combinations people come up with. Slow cooker potatoes are so easy because you can make a lot of potatoes with a minimal amount of effort. Just wash, poke, salt, and wrap each potato up in foil. Place them in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. When you're ready for your company, the potatoes will be hot, soft, and fluffy.

Having a topping bar is always fun for your guests, and everyone can make theirs just how they want it! I do this a lot when I have guests over for potatoes, tacos, or even salads! I love the idea of using guacamole as a lighter replacement for butter on these too!
