Raw Almond Cookies

Cooking Time1 hr 30 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal/pulp/flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 30 drops NuNaturals Alcohol Free Stevia Liquid (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees F (or prep dehydrator, if you choose).
     
  2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and stir until you have a soft ball of dough.
     
  3. Scoop by full tablespoon onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
     
  4. Bake for 60-90 minutes. Check to observe browning on bottoms.
     
  5. Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
