"I hope you all enjoy this recipe for quick coconut bacon! I know there are a million recipes out there for coconut bacon but mine is a little different because it contains whiskey. I’ve tried so many different variations of this recipe. From using an actual smokebox in the oven to liquid smoke and everything in between, After running some tests, I decided the smokebox didn’t make quite enough of a difference for me to make the official quick coconut bacon ingredients list. But whiskey definitely made the cut."
