Mornings are really hard. Getting out of bed is the worst and sometimes that cup of coffee just doesn't do it for you. What your body needs is protein in the morning to get you up and at 'em. These Morning Boost Protein Muffins should do the trick. Chock full of zucchini, carrots, and protein powder with just the right amount of cinnamon and nutmeg for sweetness, these muffins will have you jumping out of bed to eat them. Well, maybe not jumping out of bed, but the transition will be a little bit easier.
