Blueberry Banana Chia Bread
Is there anything that you can't incorporate chia seeds into? The little seeds traditionally used in the U.S. to plant hair on a terra cotta Elmer Fudd are being used in everything from smoothies to breads. They make the crust of this Blueberry Banana Chia Bread much more satisfying. The added fiber and protein is also a plus. There aren't many sweet breads that have nutrients! This bread is paleo and gluten-free, too, so there really isn't any reason not to give it a try!

This looks delicious and I love how it's dairy free! I've heard that chia seeds are great for you but I haven't really seen recipes with them besides pudding. This would be a great way to eat them!
