Cauliflower makes such a great low carb swap out for so many things. I have come across recipes for pizza crust, vegan buffalo wings, and now this! I'm so glad I came across this recipe, since I am trying to lose a few pounds and I have a big weakness for Chinese food - especially fried rice. I could easily plow through a whole quart of the stuff myself. Now I can get my fix without all the empty calories!
