Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower
Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower

From the blogger: "Spicy maple sriracha roasted cauliflower, slightly crispy and caramelized on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. A great side dish, appetizer, salad, pizza or taco topper! Cauliflower is a nutrient-rich cruciferous vegetable high in fiber, vitamin C, folic acid and low in calories. This delicious roasted cauliflower recipe is a spicy, savory, slightly sweet, simple one-pan-dish, naturally vegan, grain-free, gluten-free, and paleo friendly. Cauliflower florets tossed in a blend of spicy sriracha and maple syrup. An easy sheet pan side dish made with spicy chili sauce and sweet maple syrup roasted into a golden caramelized quick weeknight dish."
