I am not vegan, but I am always looking for ways to cut a little cheese out of my diet. The nutritional yeast is a great idea for making this taste reminiscent of a cheese spread. Since this is packed with healthy protein, it would be a great thing to pack in the lunch box with some veggie sticks or pretzels!
