Parmesan and Herb Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Craving a salty, crunchy snack? Try these Parmesan and Herb Roasted Cauliflower Bites instead of reaching for something less nutritious. This recipe uses an array of spices and nutty Parmesan cheese to give these cauliflower bites a lot of flavor. Roasted cauliflower has a natural sweetness, but two different kinds of pepper give the cauliflower a little bit of a kick. Reduce the amount of pepper if you don't like things spicy! These Parmesan and Herb Cauliflower Bites make a delicious snack or side dish.

I don't know that I would necessarily call this a crunchy snack, since the cauliflower does get pretty tender when it is roasted. But I love the spicy cheesy crust on the outside. I could definitely snack on this when marathoning my favorite recorded tv shows! It makes a great side dish, too, alongside roasted chicken or fish, and is sure to become part of your weekly meal rotation! A yogurt based ranch dressing would be another great dipping option!

I like the idea of using a ranch dressing dip! You can never go wrong with ranch. Thank you for reaching out and replying! -Megan, Editor of FaveHealthyRecipes
