I never really cared for those store - bought white hamburger buns anyway. They always seem to taste stale and flavorless to me. My husband thinks I'm a little nuts since when he grills burgers, I put mine on a plate with all the toppings but no bun, and I eat it with a fork. I can't wait to make these cauliflower buns and prove to him that I'm not the only one. These would also make a great crust for mini pizzas!

I've used cauliflower in place of pizza crust, and I've used it as a substitute for rice in meals. I don't know why I've never thought of it as a great substitute for hamburger buns! Thanks for the idea!

I'm obsessed with using cauliflower in place of buns and crust, so I'm all about this!
