Ingredients

  • 500 grams asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • kosher salt or sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

To Make the Asparagus

  1. First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Coat the asparagus with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of black pepper.

  3. Spread the asparagus onto a baking sheet.

  4. Season the asparagus with a pinch of kosher salt and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until tender or crunchy according to your preference.
