Do you wish there was a way to eat fries without feeling guilty? Crispy Baked Asparagus Fries can help you with that. This healthy side dish coats asparagus in panko breadcrumbs, and bakes them until they are golden and crispy. Given that the asparagus is already in perfect "fry" shape, it seemed only natural to turn them in fries. Not only are they healthy for you, but they also have a refreshing, juicy taste that regular french fries just don't have. They're easy to make, and guaranteed to satisfy everyone at your dinner table.

I have had green bean "fries" before at a popular restaurant, and they were pretty good. I can't wait to try these, since asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables! We get a ton of it shooting up I our garden in the spring, and I am always looking for new and fun ways to serve it - this one looks great!
