They are the best straight from the oven, so be prepared for your family to swarm the oven when they're out.

Cooking Time1 hr 15 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except butter.
     
  2. Add melted butter and mix well.
     
  3. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 250 degrees F oven for 75 minutes, turning once.
