I love making apple chips, especially toward the end of Autumn when I am left with a ton of apples to use up before they spoil. I have a really nice food dehydrator at home (my husband bought it for me so I could make him beef jerky) so I always make a BIG batch of these. If you put them in Ziploc bags in the fridge they will keep a LONG time, but you don't need to worry about that because they get eaten up fast!
