Football season is here! I'm not a football fan, but I do enjoy game day snacks! Nachos can get boring, though. They get soggy, and there are always those sad empty chips at the bottom. These Pulled Pork Sweet Potato Bites are a great alternative. Nobody will even think about them being healthier, because they taste so good. These crispy sweet potatoes are topped with a savory barbecue pulled pork sauce, creamy whipped goat cheese, and green onions. If you serve these, you'll definitely have one of the classiest game day platters out there.
