Healthy Artichoke Heart Pizza

Enjoy a healthy pizza for a change. Artichoke heart pizza will make you feel not as guilty for eating a yummy pizza.


  • 1 large pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 purple onion, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can or two jars artichoke hearts cut into 1/4 pieces
  • honey dijon BBQ sauce


  1. Spread a thin layer of low-fat honey dijon bbq sauce on pizza crust (more if you like it tangy).
  2. Chop up purple onion and peppers (bite size) and distribute evenly over pizza.
  3.  Drain artichoke hearts (if need be), quarter them, then place them on pizza.
  4. Place pizza directly on top oven rack (no pan needed).
  5. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
