This recipe claims to be dairy-free but it is NOT dairy-free since it contains butter. Beware readers if you are dairy-free, you cannot eat butter. I would suggest you substitute coconut oil. I am going to increase the protein value by substituting ricotta cheese for the butter and give it an Italian cheesecake taste/texture. Enjoy!
